As part of the restructuring of the Plan, employers will contribute up to an additional 20¢ per hour, per employee.
While historically CCWIPP pension contributions have been negotiated with the employer in amounts determined by the collective bargaining agreement, the restructuring plan proposes that active members will begin making contributions.Starting July 1, 2015, the amount of your Member contribution will depend on the number of years of continuous service you have in the Plan.
